1 RADIAL IMPELLER
To help shape the blades then in each radial impeller is equipped with a cover plate on the back and also sometimes on the front. Cover plate also automatically result in losses due to friction with the fluid. To improve efficiency in this case increase or decrease the value NSPH, the impeller should be made a few blades.
Sometimes the shape of the radial impeller should be made with the least possible number of blades so as not to impede the flow of fluid to the impeller specific use such as for pumping liquid pulp, mud, or liquids containing solids. To overcome this, it is made radial impeller blades having one, two, three pieces alone. Impeller type is also called the impeller channel (channel impeller).
II.1. Closed form of the radial impeller and its use
* Radial impeller with curved blades one time
Figure 1 looks forward to removing the cover plate
Uses: For clean water and a little dirty
* Radial impeller with curved blades twice
Figure 2 appears on the front cover plate eliminates
Uses: For clean water and a little dirty
* Non-clogging impeller with blades / single channel (single vane impeller)
Figure 3 appears on the front cover plate eliminates
Usage: For a liquid dirty, mud, liquids containing solids are quite large, long fibers, also for transporting solid objects that will be in the back.
* Non-clogging impeller with blades / dual channel.
Figure 4 Front view removing the cover plate
Usage: For a liquid dirty, mud, liquids containing solids are quite large, but it does not contain long fibers also contain no gas.
* Non-clogging impeller with blade / channel three.
Figure 5 Visible from the front by removing the cover plate
Usage: For a liquid dirty, mud, liquids containing solids are quite large, but it does not contain long fibers also contain no gas.
II.1.2 The form of the radial impeller is open and its use
* Open impeller with a single blade
(Single vane open impeller)

Usage: For a liquid dirty, mud, liquids containing solids are quite large, fluid-containing gases.
* Open impeller with double blade
